Credit Insights Plus is a total scam. You pay $1500 to be allowed to submit invoices, but it just rejects everything you submit, and they tell you NO information about why. I get invoices from tons of companies but it doesn't accept ANY OF THEM!!! WHY??? It has four (4) transactions that I've ever done, worth $250 - yes - two hundred fifty dollars - when I've paid over $700,000 to vendors over the past few years. I even connected all my business credit cards and uploaded statements - but nothing changes. These people should be reported to the BBB. This is outrageous. No help from customer service whatsoever. Zero information. Couldn't be more frustrating.

Credit Insight Plus: Impossible to get a straight answer from customer service. It is obvious they are using a bot/AI to handle email/online inquires. Document submissions repeatedly denied with scripted response. Even when corrected (actually got a rep to say reason), it was corrected/resubmitted, again denied, because I'm sure its just hitting an AI scan and declining. It has been an endless loop of trying to submit, resubmit documents and can not link bank accounts. Biggest issue is that "customer service" is completely incompetent and refuses to escalate to manager/actual human being to respond.

I have to echo everyone else here. Although I am able to login to the website, I cannot update my company profile. 1. If I do a DUNS number lookup, I'm asked "my company" or "other company." If I say my company, nothing happens. But I can lookup my company as an "other" company. 2. If I click "update company profile," I get a screen that is supposed to verify my identity. But it wont let me enter my address. The street line goes red, with no explanation as to why, once you enter it. 3. I called the number on the top and as soon as the guy realized I wasn't going to buy anything, he hung up on me. 4. Eventually I got to a person who could help. Obviously outsourced to the Phillippines. He did not verify me, but took down all the stuff I wanted changed and created a "ticket" and gave me a number. He said sometime in the next 10+ days someone would call me to verify the data. Why not just verify it now? Why do I have two wait 10 days for a random phone call?

This company website is trash, I was trying to update my info for weeks all the website did was belch and fart yet never deliver the results. I made changes and it changed the information back to the old info. Finally I called the customer service line and was redirected to the Philippines. How is relaying calls to a foriegn country helpful with American business. Customer service was trying to be helpful, it was just a problem that had gone on waaay too long trying to update my info.

Urusla, ökar din kreditovärdighet varje gång dom blir inblandade. Bara att kolla deras betyg på Trustpilot...1,1...wow.

Sehr unseriöses Unternehmen! Ich habe auf Arbeit einen Brief erhalten, in welchem mir mitgeteilt wurde, dass ich das Recht hätte der Verarbeitung meiner Daten für Werbe- und andere Zwecke zu widersprechen. 1. Kann ich mich nicht erinnern, jemals mit diesem Unternehmen in Kontakt getreten zu sein 2. Habe ich niemals meine Zustimmung zur Kontaktierung oder gar zur Speicherung oder Verarbeitung meiner Daten gegeben 3. Ist es eine Frechheit, dass man nicht vorher zumindest um Erlaubnis gefragt wird, sondern das Unternehmen anscheinend munter alle Daten über einen speichert, die es finden kann!
