This review is specifically about my experience with the customer service at DDC. Michelle (Rep from Cincinnati office) walked me through the process which I highly appreciated because then it didn't seem like I was just paying a lot of money for something I didn't completely understand. She was patient in answering all my questions/clarifications and even gave me a call back contact number just in case. I didn't feel rushed and was given time to think about moving on with the DNA test. She was very personable and our exchange was seamless. As for the testing, I have no worries with the rest of the process because I know all about waiting times when dealing with the immigration and Michelle was clear with where the hold up might be. Overall I am just very happy and satisfied that she made the whole thing easy on my end hence my review.

My experience with DDC was EXCELLENT. I took the NIPP test when I was 13 wks pregnant. The test excluded the least likely guy in my situation. After I gave birth my boyfriend and I decided to have a dna test for inclusion. We went to a local lab for this test. I am happy to say the test came back a few days ago and my boyfriend IS THE FATHER! THE NIPP TEST WAS CORRECT! Don't let some negative review ruin your pregnancy or birth of your child. TRUST THE NIPP TEST! Results will be the same after birth!

My husband found out after 40 years that the man who raised him is not his father. We turned to DDC for help. Although so far, two times, we have not got the answers we had hope for, I can not say enough positive things about this company. Carolyn, who takes care of the facebook messaging has become practically family to me. So caring and goes above and beyond her duties to help. The center itself has been wonderful. Yes phone wait times are a pain, but he that's to be expected with any big company. The test length for us so far has been 3 days maximum after receiving the samples. They have even given me discounts due to the situation we are in and having to do multiple potential fathers. Each test we have done has been 4 samples each person. That alone eased my fears on possible mistakes that may happen. I trust DDC and recommend to others. About to hopefully do our final test with them. Thank you Carolyn for being awesome and to Nick and Rob! yall have made this horrible situation easier than I expected it to be. PS----- People stop giving bad reviews because you are self indulgent and believe you shouldn't have to wait on the phone or that something as important as a DNA test is taking longer than you want. I would rather know its done correctly than rushed and not.

I am writing this review with total honesty. DNA DC in Ohio I purchased the DNA kit from CVS, registered online, paid the lab fees with next day delivery. This process only took about 3day total, with the overall cost of roughly $220 usd. When I did call for a question, I was indeed on hold for 40mins which would be only unacceptable part of my experience, needless to say, the results came back as expected. My advice for anyone looking for test results, I would suggest next day everything. It sort of gives them an obligation to you with fast results. The faster the results, the faster you have a peice of mind!

I don’t think some of people who are on this website should even be allowed to have an opinion.People are ignorant and a huge procent of women who comment on DDC website don’t even understand what a prenatal paternity test is .I am writing this comment in case I can help other women who are pregnant and confuse out there to find their answers . First of all ,A prenatal DNA test is a scientific fact.It is not about what you wish,what you hope ,what you want .The man DNA is in your blood 99.9 %or it is not .Women who comment that they are sure the test is wrong are confused and silly .If you will be sure you wouldn’t even make a test to check paternity in the first place ). On the second hand ,90 %of negative comments who are on this website regardless to DDC complain about not getting the results in time or having problems with customer service or delivering the samples (all these facts are fine to complain about )but analogies like :I receive my test 3 days later then expected so they can’t be trusted ,or I waited at the phone 40 minutes so they can’t be trusted don’t make any logic sense . When I started to look online for prenatal paternity test I did my homework very well,I analyse loads of webistes ,read hundreds of comments and even talk to a few doctors ,and afther all I decided to put my trust in DDC and in science . I do encourage the pregnant women to do the same .Belive in science ,test your babies before they are borned in a non invasive way if you have the doubt ,and belive fhe results because nobody tries to fool you or play with your life or money .They would not be on the market so many years if they will be a bunch of idiots who give bad results or destroy lives .Enjoy your pregnancy because when the baby will be here and the post birth DNA test will be the same as the prenatal one you will regret you stressed yourself for nothing,or you listened to stupid comment on the internet of people who say something but they never have a proof they demonstrate that DDC was wrong and they were right ,let’s also face it ,a person who gets the results they want generally don’t bother to come back here to comment because they do have better things to do with their lives .Good luck everybody ☺️

Well where do I start.. I'm the guy in this situation and I can't lie it's been a hard 9 months! The uncertainty really gets to you but in the end it was all worth it. My child came into this world looking like my twin and all the worries just faded. I still retested (really felt like a huge waste of money because she was my twin Lol!) but had to do it for the niggling doubt. Everything came back 99.9% As it did with the NIPP. To all the guys out there stressing, if the NIPP test has come back saying the baby is YOURS then it's yours brooooooo! To be fair I can only account for DDC UK (Hammersmith London) as I done the rest with them. If you get a positive result then do not hold back because you might end up regretting it. I was there for my child's mother even though I didn't have a review like this to settle my mind but I hope I can do that for you now. Any women seeing this, I don't really have words for you (not I a bad way but you did put is in this sitiation) but all I can advise is to understand where the guy is coming from as it is going to her such a hard time. I HOPE TO HAVE TAKEN AWAY ANY DOUBT. HAVE A LOVELY LIFE WITH YOUR NEW CHILD AND GOD BLESS.

I did NIPP test in December 2016 and today after one month from delivery of my baby I can confirm that NIPP test from DDC was accurate. I didnt do postnatal test but my little girl has specific characteristics from my boyfriend and family saying she looks a lot of like him. I saw many many reviews for this test, most of them was with accuracy of this test but as well few bad reviews and I was very afraid if the test was accurate in my case. My whole pregnancy was a big stress for me so ladies dont do it, enjoy your pregnancy and believe in DDC technology.

Don't know who is writing this negative review..but customer service with DDC DNA diagnostic center uk is absolutely fab,phone answered in minutes. Haven't received my result which was submitted 3days ago but I have so far had no issues.my daughter ,went to their chosen clinic hassle free. Would recommend for immigration dna.
