DNA Diagnostics CenterReviews of dnacenter.com

Love this lab, very quick and helpful with any ordeal you might have.....

DDC provides good communication at all steps; acknowledges receipt of samples, quick turnaround of results, and good explanation of those results. I wish they did a PRA test for Cardigans, as I had to go to another provider and the communication was not as good.

Always great service! Even if it takes awhile for my mail to get there, cos I post from Sweden. But quick respons in email when it arrived and just a few days later when its Done!

Ease of use with great instructions and customer service if need

This company handled my situation like a champ. My dna kit fell through the crack and I waited too long to check on it. When I did check, and they realized it was THEIR fault.... they made it right by overnighting it. The response after submitting DNA was fast. Overall, I had a good experience. Thanks !!!!

very easy to use web site very fast results.
