Thought they never delivered report, but it had landed in spam folder
I filled out their questionnaire in great detail, waited 8 days, went to their website to see when they would send me my report, and it said they had already emailed it to me. It had never arrived and I didn't find it in my spam folder. What a waste of time, and an invasion of privacy for nothing. UPDATE: After they saw this review, they sent me the full report. They seemed very sure of having sent it in the first place, and didn't believe that I didn't receive it, so I checked my spam folder again, and voila, there it was! So I owe them an apology, and thanks. They also summarized the findings of the report in their email, which was useful; although it raised a couple of questions about conditions I hadn't thought about, it put my mind more at ease about family diseases that I was concerned about inheriting. Of course, I understand it's not definitive and a lot has to do with luck, as well as lifestyle.

Dear J, We created your report and sent it to you previously via email. The title of mail should be "Dear J. **, your complete DNA health report is attached". We just re-sent the email to you. Please recheck your inbox. The fact that you received this invitation via TrustPilot to write a review shows that the previous report was also sent, as we 'bcc' TrustPilot to get your feedback on our product. However, it's also possible that AOL server blocked the message. Please let us know if you found the attached report. Otherwise, let us know and we can send it to a different E-mail address. UPDATE: Thank you for updating your review and letting us know of the outcome. Have a great weekend.
