I guess I'll add my name to the list of unhappy customers of this business. I had purchased a power conditioner from this company, used my credit card, and finished the transaction. I received a conformation email shortly after confirming the purchase. Got a text message from my credit card that the purchase was made. Roughly an hour later, I get an email stating that the transaction had been canceled. Reason was either I canceled the transaction, or I didn't check their website for price changes. What?? Check the website I purchased this product from for price changes?? Do they think I entered the price I felt like paying? When I went back to check the current price, it had indeed changed. They refused to honor the price I purchased it for. I'll never buy from them again.

These people were HORRIBLE to deal with I would give them 0 stars!!! They were so unprofessional and mean. I would never buy from them because of how the staff is there on emails its just wrong and they need to figure out how to have better attitudes PERIOD!

No accountability for their own mistakes! Their label generator has a bug in it that removed my street address. So UPS was unable to deliver it and sent it back. I told them what happened and they said I labeled it incorrectly?!?! I sent them screenshots of their own email confirmation showing that the correct address was there and they told me to order another one. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They keep saying I chose the wrong shipping method, but again, they're not listening to the issue. Their system literally sent it without a street name and street number, so UPS couldnt deliver it and had to return to sender. What does that have to do with speed of shipping?

Fast, honest, and personal communication. There's a real human on the other end.

Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Just ordered 2 audio technica AT-XP7 turntable cartridges this morning. Just received an email telling me, that they refunded my money, cause I didn’t check to see if they had them in stock and that I didn’t see their prices . If you’re gonna sell me something at a price ( which was $118 each ) wouldn’t you think you would know what you have in stock ? And I just checked their website to reorder them and they raised their offer prices to $158 each. That is very bad business in trying to make a buck .

Quick Delivery Love it

Cannot say enough good things about this site... We needed a component that our regular supplier could only half fulfill. I found this website and they not only had the product, but it was also cheaper! I read the reviews and was a little concerned about some, but I really needed the part. Flash forward- order process easy, quick responses to all my questions and amazingly fast shipping! LIFE SAVER!!!! Thank you
