We had an absolutely exceptional experience working with *Melissa Bagley at Divine Saunas*. We did a lot of research before purchasing our sauna and asked a seemingly endless number of very specific questions. Of everyone we spoke with across numerous companies, Melissa stood out as by far one of the most knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. Every response was incredibly detailed and thoughtful. She researched heaters, heat guards, installation considerations, and countless little details with us—and even brought things to our attention that we hadn't thought to ask about. She proactively gave us detailed information about delivery and what the freight truck could and couldn't do, which helped us realize what we needed to have in place before delivery day. She was also wonderfully accommodating. When there was a pricing glitch in the system, Divine Saunas honored the lower price we had originally been quoted even after it was corrected. We also needed to split the purchase between two credit cards, which wasn't straightforward on their end, and Melissa went out of her way to find a way to make it work for us. What I especially appreciated was that Melissa was consistently responsive and available without ever being pushy. We spoke with other companies where the sales process felt much more aggressive; with Melissa, it genuinely felt like she was there to help us make the best decision. Divine Saunas' pricing was extremely competitive, and we also appreciated the flexibility to build the sauna ourselves rather than being required to purchase installation. I truly can't speak highly enough of Melissa. **Knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, thorough, proactive, and an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end.** If you're considering purchasing a sauna from Divine Saunas, I would wholeheartedly recommend say YES compared to the many companies out there, and ask for Melissa Bagley!
