My response is neutral as my item could not be shipped to India on account of certain restrictions, as stated by your Company. Honestly, the Co. should not have accepted my order at its first place.

We're sorry for the restrictions your country has imposed. We did not know of them firsthand. We have since removed India from our shipping policies and hope the restrictions will be resolved and lifted so that we can once again ship to our customers in your country soon.
