I haven't received my purchase, the label was created November 28 and it hasn't moved. This seems to be a pattern lately

The tracking information hasn’t updated in over a week, so I’m not even sure if I’ll ever get what I already payed for, and my email regarding this issue was ignored. Now every time I order something from this site I feel like I’m being scammed. It seems like a recent issue since I’ve ordered from here many times without any problem. My last 3 orders have had problems. The first was a faulty product and the last 2 have had incorrect tracking information provided by email.

3rd recent order that never shipped, yet I was charged. This was my go to place, but I’m done now.

I ordered a vape on the 24th and it is now the 2nd and it still hasn't shipped. I have sent several emails and no one will respond to me. I just want my money back at this point.

Shipping took a while but that wasn’t my biggest issue. The vapes looked tampered with and tasted disgusting. I’ve used that exact vape for years and I was excited to find them at this company. Both had to be thrown away because the cost of shipping back was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! I might as well thrown $60 in the trash.

Arrived when they said it would on time and was packaged nicely. Also allowed Sezzle payments which helped me out at a time when I needed it.

Well they were supposed all be 0% nicotine but they are 5%. Very disappointed.
