Received only one of two items ordered, there is no customer service, no dependable tracking information. I know this is cheap China crap, but this is beyond disappointing. Order placed over a month ago, contacted their "virtual customer service" multiple times, and nothing. TEMU will at least keep you updated. This will be my one and only order from these cons.

HUGE disappointment! Terrible quality clothing, inaccurate clothing descriptions, NOT true to size. Their customer service is horrible as well. They will not refund my purchase because they sent what I ordered according to them. It doesn't matter that I ordered the size that I am and it could fit a kid instead or the fact that I ordered a sweatshirt and it is actually a long sleeved t-shirt. Their answer was to give my items as gifts to others. They tried to speak to a supervisor who agreed to give me a $3.00 refund on my $80.00 order. Ridiculous!!

I ordered a sweatshirt a few days ago. I am trying to track my order. I tried there site to track and also a phone number. Nothing. The phone number is disconnected. I was already charged $38. I'm thinking this is a scam!
