After many years of visiting, this is our last. To sum it up much more money for a much worse experience. 1. Huge crowds! 2. Dirty (trash on the ground and filthy restrooms in park. Thought resort was also less clean than ever! 3. Cost. A huge increase for everything. Merchandise, food, drinks, hotels, entry, etc. 4. Experience. Goodbye disney bubble. Almost no benefit for staying in the resorts. No magic express, very little extra hours, no fastpass plus or preference for dining. 5. Genie plus and individual lightning lanes. Awful and expensive. So much worse than the free fastpass system was. A hassle to purchase and horrible to use. If you like to gamble, you may find some parallels. Refresh, refresh, and pray that you might find a lightning lane you actually want anytime soon. Only one time each and often still quite a wait. Ugh, the food! So much worse and so expensive. I could go on and on. Bottom line, I agree that Disney World is the biggest rip off in the US. Tons of money to wait in line after line (even to eat). We are done.

Disney ceo is nothing but an overpaid corporate idiot !!! No wonder it cost so much to go to their parks !!! Greed , hope you choke on it !!

I have a few questions. At the start of Fox and The Hound 2, Did the story go all the way back to the childhood days or Did it start an new generation of foxes and hounds? At the start of Tarzan 2, Did the story go all the way back to the childhood days when Tarzan was a kid or Did Tarzan and Jane have an Tarzan Junior child?

1 star for ruining the heritage of original WD, interfering with politics and being a hypocrite (removing black people from asian posters etc)

My granddaughter who has been fighting cancer for almost 5 years was granted a Wish through Special Wish of Northern Ohio. During her stay, she received 2 days at Universal and 3 days at Disney. During her 3 days at Disney, I was amazed at how Disney and their Cast members show little concern for Wish Kids and their family. Our family had a Wish pass to be used at Disney and Universal for ride admittance. At Universal, their team members went above and beyond make my granddaughter feel like a Wish Kid should. She was rake. To the front of the line with no waiting. At Disney it was as if the Magic once at Disney is no longer there. They have no plan to make the ride timing smooth. You are either placed in a Lightning Lane or in a handicap lane but.must still waiting. We actually had one cast member at Tron that refused our entire group to be on the same ride. At Universal, they made sure that our entire family was always together. We had team leaders volunteer to help us.with other rides. Not at Disney. Disney, you have losty respect for the Magic and for how you treat Wish Kids and their families.

Briefly travelling through Orlando and consequently only one day available to visit a park. Obviously the relative price of a one day ticket is ridiculous but as have no choice wanted to book anyway. If you are not based in US, thus having access to American website then can’t book a one day ticket - this is biased! Can use a VPN to see ability to do this but then card providers etc prevent payment because of VPN! Emailed Disney UK to ask if there was a solution but they sent a cut/paste answer that did not answer questions but basically foreign visitors cannot buy day tickets until in Orlando!! Terrible service. Unacceptable.

Most of the staff at the parks are horrible.... long lines, over priced across the board. Not another dime!

I travel and work overseas, use VPN with Australia as my smart address. Disney + works 1 day and next 4 or so days I'm locked out. Useless, waste of money and pointless paying for it. You would think I want the codes to the US Presidents nuclear football instead of just trying to watch a show. Do not recommend it if your further than 1km from home.
