It has taken a week to get any movement on an order that went missing. It took 3 different emails to finally try and get a credit and when the assistance “chris” said the credit was in my account, twice, it was not. Takes forever to get a response and if you do its the same generic one. This has made me look into using another company because it has been so frustrating. Finally was addressed but still a very stressful and annoying situation.

Slow delivery - 12 days - but to be fair it was an overseas delivery - reached out and was told that there was a backlog that they were working through - hopefully because it’s a popular, high quality product - I’ll find out tomorrow when UPS is expected to deliver….

Hi Ann, Im very sorry to hear you haven't had a good experience so far. Please email me with your order number and I will personally see to it that you're taken care of. My email is [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you and resolving this!
The ordering process is simple and straight forward, with good overall pricing, clear information, and confirmable COAs. However, Their customer service is inconsistent - sometimes you'll get a reply back, sometimes you won't, sometimes its quick, other times it takes days. Their shipping timeframe is not accurate at all - Advertised as same day fullfilment if ordered before 2PM, it took about a week. One item was advertised as overnighted cold chain, was still sent via 2 day shipping (arrives tomorrow) and item will likely be unusable due to incorrect shipping method in 100 degree temps...

Thank you for your feedback. While we're thrilled you enjoyed the seamless ordering and our clear COAs, we sincerely apologize for the inconsistent customer service and delayed shipping. We've recently been upgrading our fulfillment and communication systems, which led to some unexpected delays. However, those new systems are now stabilizing to ensure this doesn't happen moving forward. Regarding the item you were think may be unusable, we will replace it immediately. Please shoot me an email at [email protected]. I’d love to take care of that replacement, provide you with some store credit, and make sure your next order includes ice packs entirely free of charge.
I ordered last Wednesday and today is Wednesday and still have not received my order. I'm scheduled to get my order tomorrow we will see if that happens. I'm so disappointed. 😫 Update- Brady did reach out and is trying to make up for the delay in my delivery. I did receive my package on Thursday and we both agree for normal circumstances that is far too long. I do like the way they are not afraid to reach out to customers to get their feedback.

Hi Sandra, Im very sorry for the delay. Im glad to see that your order did end up delivering the Thursday it was scheduled to. We have been upgrading our warehouse systems recently to speed up fulfillment, which unfortunately caused some temporary bottlenecks. It seems like your order was one of the ones affected. We have ironed out those kinks to ensure our shipping speeds match our product quality, more recently. I would love if you could shoot me an email at [email protected] so I can make this right for you by setting you up with some store credit, free shipping and a few extra goodies for your next order.
