Thanks for you kind words, Brita. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping you in the future. Please let us know how else we can be of service.
I received my salt cell bypass for my pentair IC 40 and when installing it the threads didn’t match. Very disappointed. This is a follow up regarding my first review. I just received a call from Discount Salt Pool customer service. What a first class business. They have agreed to send me the proper bypass for my IC 40 and refunded me the purchase price of the first bypass. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Discount Salt Pool.

Ron, I'm so sorry to hear that you had an issue with the winter bypass cell. I'll have someone from customer support reach out to you ASAP to see what the issue is and how we can help make it right. Feel free to call customer service any time as well at 866-766-5243 ext:2
I received the product and installed the next day. It works!, but a warning should have been in bold letters about putting DE through the pool skimmer with this product. My DE filled the cyclone separator.

Received my order expediently, however,he. I will not be installing the equipment until Spring when I open my pool, but if it works like all other CircuPool equipment I have, it will be wonderful!

I wanted to get a whole new salt generator system and the comparison chart on their website was made the selection process easy. I was able to buy with confidence. Shipment arrived quickly and installation was very simple.
