I have used RDH for 3 orders and so good for updates and time delivered to the UK. I did have a problem with my 4th delivery with Royal Mail UK. Royal Mail - I spent so much time finding out about the delivery and why I hadn't received. Emailed RDH they sorted it with in 12 hours and advised reposing out. 10/10 thanks you.

I place an order every few months and am always impressed by the speed of delivery to UK. This time, one item sent was the wrong one, a simple human error. An email to their customer service lead to a next day response and the correct item dispatched at no charge straight away. I could not hope for more so well done.

Used this website a number of times now and can’t fault them. Fast shipping and even when I’ve entered the incorrect delivery address they were quick to respond and correct this for me.
