DiscountCatheters.comReviews of discountcatheters.com

Thank you again, Jose, for quickly processing my order and setting up future autoshipments. I immensely appreciate your commitment to providing excellent customer service, especially during the busy Holiday season.

Jose M helps me often. Always very helpful. For the last few months the shopping cart system will not process payments the site just clocks so I have to contact via chat to process. It's a bit of a pain. If not for this issue I would give the company 5 stars. But with this issue it limits when I can purchase my needed supplies because must wait till business hours.

My previous company closed without sending me a notice. Discount Catheters was recommended. My questions were answered and a routine order was quickly accomplished. Kind and knowledgeable staff assisted me that day.

I found an anomaly in the prices and left a message and immediately got a call. With service like that I ordered and quickly got my order...

GREAT RESPONSE TIME

Had a question about shipping options and the customer service person was very helpful!

This was my first purchase from discount catheters and I am very impressed. I ordered my catheters one day and the next day they were here. This is the only place I will buy my catheters from here on. Thank you for your service.

It was very easy to order especially with Mariana and they carried the catheter that I needed. Fast shipping!
