My computers have not been shipped to Fed ex as of 12/27/2019 I was told by your company that I would have them on this date fedex is now saying I will have them on 12/31/2019

Good shape , only a few dings. Monitor took a little work to get working.

My product was supposed to arrive the Sunday before Christmas. FedEx said that they never received the product. Your company says that Fedex lost it. I’m still waiting on my computer and another update.

I am a repeat customer. A year ago I bought a computer for my granddaughter and from being shipped the keyboard was broken and they replaced free even the shipping was free.
