I just signed up with DiRX a week ago and had my prescriptions transferred 1 1/2 day later. I was glad to see there was a service of this sort! The CS rep was very helpful my first call and even called back regarding the system error in the website, my order went through after.I was expecting a 48 hr TAT but order still says pending, I have called twice so far since and thought I would check the reviews. I am hoping to get my refill soon, as my order has not made any movement after a week and am trusting that most reviews are good ones. I will be going out of town in a week and hope they don’t decide to deliver while I am away, I did notify another CS of this and got a boilerplate response (7-10 days) but am in day 5, I had difficulty understanding the accent and background noise. I asked for a email instead and did not receive one. I hope to report good news from them soon, as I am only due for one refill out of three so thought there would be a quick delivery of the one since I am in the same state as their shipping warehouse. It took too logn to get here in the mail and for some reason my pharmacy also filled the order and my husband brought home a bottle too!

They make it so easy. Refills are done automatically and great price as well.

Ordered several weeks ago and one Rx still not shipped. Even after being told I was out of the medication, one that is common. No communication as to when it will be available. Shouldn't have accepted the order if it couldn't be filled timely.
