I still do not have my medication I've been waiting 2 weeks you was out of 1 but I was not notified until I called to find out where it was

FINALLY ! A GREAT COMPANY DISRUPTING THE STATUS QUO. Cut out the middle man in every industry and you'll see prices come down. Insurance lobbyists should be banned completely. A large list of pharmaceuticals available at a VERY reasonable price. CVS more than doubled the price for routine blood pressure meds. I got FED UP, looked for discount pharmacies, and found DiRx, read bio of founder. My DiRx bill for 3 prescriptions for 3 months, was less than 1 prescription for 1 month at CVS !

when I placed the order, your website said you would contact the Dr's office to confirm the prescription. You never did. Then, the Dr.'s office re-faxed it you you. You never acknowledged or sent it, then you initially refused to send the one prescription before the other 2 were straightened out, even though I desperately needed the one.

Hi Dale. We sent multiple requests to your prescriber for your prescriptions. When it did finally arrive, the RX did not include directions, quantity or refills. So we had to contact your prescriber and get clarification before we sent the order. Apologies for any inconvenience. Be well.
I wasn’t made aware that the medication was out of stock. It took forever to have a transfer made from one pharmacy to dirx. I must have made over 6 calls to get a transfer made. Order one medication at a time.

Hi Lydia. Obtaining an existing prescription from another pharmacy can be very challenging and often times they simply ignore our request. For this reason, we encourage our customers to instruct your prescriber to send a new prescription to us for your first order. We take care of the refills from there. Thank you for your feedback. Product ordered was unavailable. company took order and informed that it would be available "soon". then "soon" became weeks. Unacceptable. If you don't have something to provide, then DON'T take the order, and more importantly, be honest about the delivery times and availability.
