There is nothing I don't love about DiRx. I was so happy to find a way to get my expensive cancer drug more reasonably and DiRx worked for me. I use the yearly plan and all three medications I take are free beyond the cost of the plan. The pills arrive on time and DiRx contacts my doctor if I need a new prescription.

It has been over a month since I've taken a medication that I am supposed to take daily; because of a "inventory issue" with one of DiRX's suppliers.. I definitely would not have switched to DiRX if I knew this is what I had to look forward to!!

Easy to order. Shipped and delivered fast.

Had initially requested two prescriptions, one I needed immediately and the other refill would be needed down the road. I requested approvals for both from my doctor who proceeded to approve the immediate one only. DiRx just waited on the second approval which was not going to be immediately forthcoming and did nothing with the more urgent prescription. I learned this from a phone call for a status. There was no follow-up contact or even a second request for my physician's prescription. So, I needed to get a locally supplied smaller prescription for that more urgently needed one - because DiRx chose to wait silently for that second approval. Their action wasn't wrong but I'd have appreciated some kind of status via text or email so that I could have simply canceled that second prescription, allowing the first one to be fulfilled on a timely basis.

First time user: I love that I can pay one annual fee for my prescriptions. That part is awesome! However with that said… my Dr sent over 4 scripts one being an antibiotic, waited almost 2 weeks and nothing. I called and was told I needed to get online and request my medications. I feel once your Dr sends the scripts they should be processed and sent out immediately without having to request it. I was not aware this had to be done. Lesson learned.

Refills are automatically done and I get emails that keep me posted as to the status
