Didn’t contact provider
After placing my order, I chose the option to have DiRx contact my provider for the prescriptions. After several days, I finally contacted the provider and asked if they had received the request from DiRx. They had not, but as I provided them with the necessary information, they forwarded it immediately. Once DiRx had the request, delivery was very quick. When I spoke to customer service at DiRx to verify receipt of the prescriptions, the gentleman was very courteous.

Chelsea was right there with me
Chelsea was right there with me and actually did it all for me per my request. As far as getting my email asking for a new supply and it was done and at my door within 4 business days. Thank you Chelsea and everyone at DiRX.
