I have been waiting on meds for weeks and I finally called and was told my meds are on backorder. Why not just send me a email stating that I need to find them somewhere else. There is no guarantee when or if I get them.

My first encounter was not as positive as my second encounter. But I think there has been a change in policy that is allowing the customer service people to give estimated dates of when a product will be back in stock. The first call I was told a product was out of stock and they did not have an ETA. Today, they were able to give me an ETA and that is very helpful.
