I’ve shopped here quite a bit and have always been pleased with the level of customer service. I have always had to haggle with the in-store price versus the online, but has never really be a major issue. The selection they keep in stock is far superior when compared to other places around town. Always appreciate supporting a local business!

9-5 update: I was contacted by Jennifer from AR15 Discounts/DirtyBird and she rectified the situation. So I am upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. I purchased the TWF Frame For Glock 17 Gen 3 & 4 but it's not compatible with gen 3. The "Compliance Manager" Spencer Pope told me to go ask Lone Wolf. Your description was incorrect, you sold it, I'm your customer, you fix it. Well, was your customer. I hate it when these companies are unwilling to discuss issues like humans. Just "no, we don't care, we got your money, go away." Sure, I'll just be over here *-ing myself.
