Just got hooked up this weekend. Cable cant even try to compare (Mediacom, prick bastards) picture quality is even better, price, the amazing things you can do with this, the extras.....simply all amazing compared. If you still have cable.....you have to switch, if you don't, I feel sorry for you.

Beeing a long time subscriber to cable, I was very hesitant to make the switch. After seeing the current promotions and prices from direct tv, I decided to check it out. In the end, we ended up cutting our cable bill in half. While the savings are nice, the customer service was the highlight of my experience. I started by using the online chat service to talk to a representative. Alex assisted me from the chat online to the phone call to finalize the details of my plan. He even helped hunt down specific local station availability here in Hawaii. I am impressed with the savings; but I am even more impressed by the patience and willingness to go the extra mile by the customer service staff. Thank you Alex for making this experience a great one.

The 2 gentlemen who came to my place we're very helpful and courteous to my wife. They answered all her questions, did a very professional job, and made her feel safe and comfortable while they were there. Bravo !!! Keep up the great job !!

I had no problems setting up my service. All representatives that I spoke with were very pleasant. The representative made sure I understood everything.

It took over 13 hours to get 5 televisions hooked up with direct TV, This was the worst service I have ever gotten. I truly wished I had stayed with Dish networks. The service tech had to keep leaving to get equip. There is no excuse for such poor service. I had internet service prior to instillation, after tech finished I had no internet service. He rushed through the usage of the service, I still do no know how to use all the features of direct TV. I will never recommend Direct TV service. I will discourage the service. I will not stop here, the Predident of the company will hear from me. VERY DIS SATISFIED CUSTOMER
