I had to have one internet provider transfer me back to the direct TV customer service department as I discovered that my rural area required that I purchase a separate internet service and the cost was too high. I therefore cancelled the contract I had just opened. The person who service this cancellation was awesome. Didn't give me s hard time and even offered me an incentive with the TV to at least keep that service. I declined but she was very professional. I appreciated that!

The customer service rep was very helpful and the technician who did the installation was very helpful and courteous.

The time spent signing up with Direct TV/Century Link was well worth it. Information was given expediently, totally understadable, with no pressure Susan, the sales associate was outstanding, a credit to the organization. I would recommend either service to those intersted.
