Eric the customer service rep was fast, efficient, and exceptionally friendly. He answered all my questions and made me feel like "Wow, why haven't I ever called AT&T before".

I was lucky enough to have a friend who is an installer help me get connected with Direct TV. The CSR I spoke to, Cheyenne, was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient answering my questions. I had a positive experience and thus would be able to recommend, and I will, Direct TV to my friends.

I like the feature where I can change my options without renewing or canceling my subscription. The portable option feature is great. Adjust as my viewing changes.
