They guy I spoke with was fast and about to pick up where I left off. A first impression is a lasting impression! The customer service is the heart of a company and I am happy join the direct tv family.

The young lady I talked with was very knowledgeable, explaining each feature and advising me regarding package that would suit me best and explaining everything in detail. I am not a young tech savvy person and she was great.

The agent who helped me did not give me the $200 gift visa she said customer service did that part. Wrong the agent was suppose to take care of it.
