Everyone was absolutely wonderful. The salesman was helpful and did a great job. The installers had to come out twice - not their fault. The training for your salespeople is greatly lacking in knowledge of installation. He NEVER mentioned THE $99.00 BOX we had to buy to make it all work. He did not know you can't put "ultra K' equip on a non ultra K tv. So he made promises that were NOT kept!!!! We are "out" the $99.00. Hopefully the $200.00 gift card was not a mistake. All of this would be enough to walk away and quit DirectTV except we LOVE your TV service-you have all others beat by a mile!!

I spoke with the nicest most helpful representative - she did not make me feel stupid when I asked a million questions. She did not rush me and was very thorough . It was not my intention to sign up for service yesterday but because of her I did!

The process of beginning a bundle package required many levels of disclosures and reviews of various options. The representative was very friendly and handled questions responsibly. The time required was extensive, but we negotiated the best package for our home needs.
