Kyle was my customer service rep!!! he was great from start to finish a people PERSON and a great asset to your company if customers recommendations could get your reps a raise I would definitely recommend Kyle! ! need more like him

I've been on the phone for an hour, I've been charged for a package deal and now I am having issues with getting internet set up! I don't understand

No one called or showed for our installation we took off work half a day for nothing! I called to find out where the tech is an they were suppose to call me back iin 30 minutes now its 7 hours past my installation an I still havent heard a work feom DIRECTTV!! UNACCEPTABLE!!
