I am very pleased with the process of my order so far.

So fAr my experience speaking with reps have been incredible . I was a customer 4-5 years ago and it was pretty good then but apparently product quality and service have improved along with keeping prices down. I hope my final opinion remains the same as the initial

I made the switch from cable to Direct TV and have been extremely pleased with the entire experience. Service was quick and easy an the technician, Chris Bonneau, was at my house the next day. Chris was fast, knowledgable and stayed to make sure my wife and I had a complete comprehensive understanding of how everything works. He really wiped clear any nerves I had regarding the change over from something I knew, to something different and innovative. If Direct TV is run by men and women like Chris, it's a company ill be happy to stay with for many years to come.

The representative were all very friendly, accomodating, and patient. So far so good.

I ordered Direct TV last night and it was painless. My rep was knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. I cant wait for the install team to get it up and running at my house. SL

I called dish looking for a quote and ended up getting service. The customer service was great and helped with all the problem. Thinks direct tv.

The young lady that assisted me was VERY proficient at her knowledge about the services. I enjoyed her taking the time to explain to me how this service the best for me. I am no stranger to the TV business and all associated service agencies and this is the bright spot in the morass of poor providers. I look forward to this service and its provided services.
