Thank you Deborah for sharing your experience — we take all feedback seriously and want to address your concerns directly. Regarding the delivery timeline — our records show that on August 18 our customer service team spoke with you and explicitly explained our full delivery process including that no movement would occur until your closing date of August 25 and that delivery would follow within the standard business day window. Your First Available Delivery Date was confirmed as August 26 — the day you closed — and delivery was completed September 9 — within our contracted delivery window. We sincerely understand that living without your belongings during that window was genuinely difficult — especially with your wife's birthday falling during that period. We hear you and we are sorry the experience felt stressful. Regarding the damaged items — we want to make this right. Please contact our customer service team directly at 954.557.7056 Monday through Friday 10AM to 7PM so we can open a formal claim and address each damaged item properly. Direct Relocation Services is a licensed direct carrier — USDOT #3000931 — BBB A-Rated and Accredited — and we stand behind every move we handle. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly. — Direct Relocation Services
