Michael was friendly and helpful. He was down to earth yet professional. I felt more like I was having a conversation than applying for a loan. The outcome though was an completely smooth loan fulfillment. I really enjoyed the proficiency and lightheartedness of Michael's care and consideration during my loan process.

Everything went good. The only thing is I hate it when you say pre approved and you're not. You put your information on too many times and free credit score is not free. I know my credit score. Why make me do this. FREE IS FREE. NOT 1.00. Am not putting card information. No way.

I was able to compare several loans to pay off credit card debt. Easy once I picked one. A few copies of records and I received my loan online. No talking to anyone, it was quick and easy. At one point I did contact them through email and they clarified what they needed from me.
