I have had a couple of mishaps with agents but I am here to tell you that on 09/12/2026 I had the pleasure of being assigned a agent Cassandra Mc Kay this young lady helped to get back on track with a better quote than what I had before.She worked with me until everything was completed such a sweet a caring young lady Direct Auto needs to let her teach a course on customer service to some your representatives (With a Raise) If you need a good agent I would go with Ms Mc Kay out in Memphis.Got a very good quote she’s awesome.Thanks for all your help.
