Hi Shazia, We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have. We reached out to you by email to better understand the issue and requested photos of the document so we could review the concerns with our production team, but we haven’t yet received a response. We’d still very much like the opportunity to make this right. Please reply to our email with a few photos of the diploma showing the quality and centering issues you mentioned, and we’ll review everything promptly. If there was a production error on our end, we’ll ensure it is resolved appropriately. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll give us the chance to resolve this for you. – Alicia, DiplomaCraft Support
