I did get my package from Dior, but I didn’t get the miniature although it accepted the coupon code 🤷🏽‍♂️

The three stars reviews aren't for the product itself, but for the delaying in the shipping that caused the product to arrive late. I placed my order in the morning and paid for overnight shipping. The carrier wasn't notified until late in the evening and the overnight shipping didn't get started until the next day. It's no fun giving a gift a day after your son's birthday.

I would rate Dior US higher since the packaging is so stylish and the product quite wonderful (I've been a user of Eau de Toilette since the late 60's). But you do need to make the texting translation from French into English more fluent; see but one example: "Mr aristides arthur pappidas" ENGLISH NAMES ARE PROPER NOUNS AND HAVE TO BE CAPITALIZED. I couldn't charge it on my credit card after several tries, maybe it's a website glitch or something so I had to choose paypal(same card) for my payment method. It's kinda inconvenient, but other than that shipment was like the next day delivery so I'm pretty happy about it

I love your perfume that I’ve ordered For my friend but the gift box should tide the ribbon because I give this perfume as a birthday gift for my best friend. So I feel like you should do it better next time.

I still love the perfume, Dune, but it definitely is a lot more expensive anymore. Plus I realized the samples were free, but I didn't get any of the samples I selected. And I won't use any of that I got.

The only concern is it’s taking 2 weeks for nail polish to be delivered. I feel as though Dior wouldn’t have clients wait that long for $30 nail polish.

I got my package and everything I ordered it came with a nice box but without the ribbon and the wrapping paper was ripped.
