Forces you to cancel via email but ignores all emails. You cannot even remove your payment method to avoid the charge. I was just forced to purchase another $35 worth of their product that I did not want. Never responds to any email. Terrible company. Edit: I found this in the order after you pay them for the “free” trial. Free Trials When you purchase a free trial product, you are agreeing to a minimum of 2 billing cycles before cancellation. Cancellation can be made at any time after that period within your account which had been emailed to you. Free trial products do not have a refund period. Absolutely predatory company forcing you to give them money.

I sent an email trying to talk with someone because I had bought these by mistake and to see if I could get a refund but I talked to no one,so y'all could relate more than you do,I couldn't afford the $30 but because we didn't talk it costed me

I do not have my Dintle order yet. I ordered on April 3.so it's been two weeks. Can you tell me if it's even been processed? Margaret Spencer

Horrible, will not let me cancel my subscription

I was very excited to receive the tooth whitening pens, although my teeth are extremely stained and I’m not see a lot of change. I’m sorry I can’t give a better review but I’m certain it’s my teeth and not your product.
