I've enjoyed earning $DIMO rewards for my driving data. There are only two cons I've found so far: -The 3M Velcro that sticks to the device/vehicle tends to detach from my vehicle, causing the device to fall to the floorboard. I believe this is due to the summer heat loosening the glue. -Not enough features for my vehicle (yet). Hoping they make some enhancements in the near future. Overall good product.

I got my package about a week. So the shipping was pretty good, and I gave it 4 stars because one of the devices isn't working and I still haven't gotten the info how to get it exchange.

The miner works great but keeps upgrading every week which causes the wallet to disconnect I’ve had issues with some of my miners not receiving weekly air drops and the dimo team must be small cause no help!

Great product and great support. My first purchase took forever to reach me but that’s not on DIMO, that’s because DHL. I would like the device to be better packed though! Way to much space in the box for it to bump around in transport. Anyways, fantastic idea and fantastic product.

The Bluetooth experience was annoying because I had Bluetooth connected to my car and I had to disconnect just to connect to the device. Also the double sided sticky tape was basically useless so I had to find my own zip ties just to secure the unit. The cable connecting to the port with long enough to make it something I could hide it. But also you should hide all the ports that connected like the USB ports ethernet ports because this is a vehicle that's going to get a lot of salt and sand you should make a unit that those ports are protected. Also you should make this unit a lot more industrial grade because a vehicle is going to get 40 Celsius easily on the inside.

Thank you for your feedback! We're always looking for ways to improve the installation experience, and it's helpful to have your perspective. We hope the rest of your DIMO experience is smooth and please let us know if we can help out at all.
Have you ever wonder about having everything about driving in one place? This is Dimo. The app is built in a way that prevents you from searching for maintenance especially in the middle of nowhere when your car breaks down. Dimo helps you get knowledge about everything related to your car along with GPS. Don't bother going to download all the apps one by one whole Dimo contains everything in one app.
