I could never get it connected. Eventually just gave up.

First, there was the log as my Metamask wallet. Then I migrate to rainbow with a lot of trouble because the instruction on the rainbow site how to switch from metamask, was obsolete and hard to follow. Today, impossible to log in with rainbow AND metamask... The cost of the device covers the App that I'm supposed to benefits from, but right now I'm fumbling with the login instead of enjoying the App. On the rare occasion I tried the App, the device have a hard time connecting and I have to power cycle it once a week. I often have "Last connected two days ago". The first time I had this message, it was last connected 7 days ago and I missed one week retribution...

The instructions we sent via the email were from the official Rainbow help desk with instructions on how to import your MetaMask address over to Rainbow. The last 2 times I contacted dimo , my issue wasn’t resolved. Initially I didn’t receive my airdrop when I plugged my miner on 2 time , now this time I didn’t receive any referral points for my friend’s tesla

You never got back to me regarding becoming a distributor of the dimo product. I have signed up and never heard anything. When I had a problem with my MetaMask you were very helpful but not to the first statement.

One of the worst experiences for being one of the first users to support Dimo. I bought the devices, activated both cars and setup the wallet/app. Somehow I missed the time to claim my tokens and now I’ve lost all of my tokens. How do you expect to build loyalty with users if you do this?
