I've tried many apps - and used several long term - in this space and Digitalzen by far is the best. Its the only app that is designed to empower individuals to mediate their own relationship with the Internet, while others are too lukewarm, or are meant for parents/angry spouses/what-have-you to control others and are near useless for independent individuals.

The user interface is friendly. I love the simplicity of the app yet it is so effective. The value that digitalzen provides for me in assisting me to remain focused is well worth the cost. If like me you are easily distracted this is the tool for you and you’ll be glad you made the investment :).

Been struggling with doomscrolling and focus for years, had apps to help me but eventually failed them because it's hard to control myself. Then I decided to try again and found DigitalZen. It has those basic functions to begin with, to me the interesting part is the lock. The app can prevent you from stopping the lockdown rule or bypass the app. (e.g. You can pay fine to unlock the protection settings, holding yourself back to change them) The customer service has been helpful, been going back and forth when I encounter problems with subscription process&browser extension bug. Have nothing to complain& Happy to found a focus app that's really helping my internet addiction.

Great customer service and communication. One of the better blockers out there for a nice value as well.

Digitalzen is helping me manage my time effectively and is an excellent tool for blocking apps & websites either permanently, via as schedule or a range of other options. I have quite compulsive behaviour when it comes to gaming etc. so the tool is invaluable

Their customer service is really great. The app is wonderful and comes with a lot of nice presets which I can also alter as needed. It helps me get so much more work done.

I often used to start my day with youtube and distractions, but Digitalzen helped me bock all the distractions in the morning, which really helped me protect my entire day as the morning sets the conditions for most of the day. The best feature I like in the app is "Uninstall Protection", by using it you can't uninstall the app or disable the blocking easily. Which is insanely powerful because you're not relying on fluctuating willpower, instead you're relying on a predictable system which always works whether you feel like it or not.
