For the most part it works consistently. I use it for NBA and at few times, the coverage for the game I was looking for inexplicably moved around. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5. The channels seem to be covered if any alternatives are needed, so its more of a 4.5.

They do not have good NHL coverage. Games usually are not available or buffer off every 3 minutes. If you want the NHL go somewhere else.

Great price! Covers all sports plus a ton of other networks. Just make sure you have good internet speed I would recommend 200 mbps to avoid buffering issues. Tech support is great.

Incredible company. I ran into an issue that I caused in error and they were incredibly responsive! We are loving watching out of network Games and love the simplicity of everything. I wish I could give this company ten stars !!

I have them a one because I had to give them something. I had trouble with them from the beginning. I was told I could get a refund if not satisfied within the first week. Day two I asked for the refund and was told it was being processed. Three months later, still no refund. They gave me no guidance. The platform did not do what I was told by the CS agent that it would do. The company ignored me when I kept sending in questions and then complaints. I would never recommend using this platform!
