Thank you so much for the kind words! 🙌 We would do more giveaways, but why 1 star ? :(

Hi MAHENDRA KHATED, We’re sorry you had trouble accessing your file. As per our conversation, we offered step-by-step help, including asking you to install WinRAR (a basic tool to extract files). When that didn’t work, we even suggested AnyDesk so we could help directly. We never asked for your file’s password in any inappropriate way—this was likely for activation or verification. Unfortunately, you stopped responding, and now we’re surprised to see a negative review without resolving the issue. We always aim to provide full support post-sale. Feel free to reach out again so we can still help you. 🙂
