Paid for Services Never Received, Refused Refund
UPDATE: Digikwic not only refused to refund me but now they have also ignored the BBB complaint. Dear Kimberly This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 10/17/2025 against Digikwic. Your complaint was assigned ID 24029933. BBB made several attempts to contact the business regarding your complaint and has received no response. Because we are not a government agency, we cannot force a business to respond. Your complaint will now be closed by BBB, indicating that the business did not respond. If the business contacted you directly and resolved your complaint, please let us know. If we receive a delayed response from the business, your complaint will be reopened and the response forwarded to you. This complaint will be reflected on the company's BBB Business Profile with the following language: "The company failed to respond either to the consumer or the Bureau to the complaint(s) filed." Thank you for informing us of your experience with the above company. Regards, Better Business Bureau Sheree Barker I paid DigiKwic $720 on July 30, 2025 for three months of social media management services. No services were ever delivered - no posts were published, no strategy documents provided, nothing. On September 24, I terminated the agreement and requested a full refund. What followed was a frustrating pattern of delays and false promises: - Oct 8: "I will talk to finance" - Oct 10: Claimed payment method didn't work (without evidence) - Oct 11: Said they would provide a timeline (never did) - Oct 14: Still "confirming with team" - Oct 17: Changed story, claiming "refund would not align with our policy" despite previously promising refund was processing - Oct 17: Suddenly claimed first month of services was "already completed" despite no deliverables I've filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau with complete documentation of all communications. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking professional digital marketing services. Their business practices have been unprofessional and potentially fraudulent. RE: Your Reply to this post. You have my contact information. I spoke extensively with Junaid and Warsi about this matter.
