I ordered my first pair of Diff sunglasses after trying my daughters. Loved them!!! I have sense ordered two more pair and love love love them.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses. They took 32 days to arrive from the date of order. The sunglasses are decent. The lens jut out at the bottom of one of the frames, but not enough to be annoying. I found the glasses I ordered to be very poor quality. They arrived with a scratch and after several messages with customer service, they sent me a replacement pair. It took 14 days for the replacement to show up. They arrived and at first I wondered if they had sent the right pair. They are similar, but the second pair is a bit larger and somehow the quality seems even worse. The frames are heavy and uncomfortable. I expected more for the price. I won't be purchasing from DIFF again and I wouldn't recommend them.

Eleven days ago, I received my order of two pair of sunglasses. One was correct and one was not! I immediately tried to contact the company and resolve the issue. That day! This is the correspondence I received back: Hey! Thanks for reaching out to DIFF Charitable Eyewear. We're here to take care of our DIFF fam. We appreciate your patience as we work through higher-than-normal ticket volumes. Someone from our Customer Care team will be in touch to help you within the next 48 hours. Please visit our FAQ Help Center in the meantime. Thanks for making a DIFFerence! DIFF Eyewear Customer Care It's been 10 days!! I've written them every 48 hours! And... nothing! This company is a scam! Can't find what organization they donate to! Save your money!! I know it makes you (myself included) feel good to think you are also donating to a charitable cause, but just we "donate to eyesight around the world" is not an organization! By the way... I am still being bombarded by emails from this company to purchase more sunglasses! Hah!

LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NEW EYEWEAR!!! 1st order & was NOT disappointed...I'm already "browsing" the many styles...LOL so far? 4 pairs I WANT...The BEST feature?? The lightweight perfect fit & the great fit for my face!!

I have 5 pairs of Diff sunglasses and love every pair. I ordered one pair I did not love and customer service went above and beyond for me. Reminder of why I love this brand !

I recently made a purchase of two pairs of glasses. I had them for a few weeks no issues. One of the arms fell off of one of the pairs out of nowhere. It was missing a screw for some reason. I take really good care of my glasses so it was kind of weird. I contacted the company because I don’t think I created an account when I ordered the glasses so I didn’t have an order number. They got right back to me and ended up replacing the glasses! I sent them pictures and they didn’t give me a hard time about not having my order number ready. Will definitely be ordering from Diff again!

I'be been a DIFF customer for several years. I am a polarized only gal. I have chronic migraines and have to wear polarized sunglasses all the time when outside, year around. Diffs are amazing quality and style. I love the price point. I recently had an issue with one of my sunnies and the customer service was OUTSTANDING!

Love Haleigh who has gone back and forth with me for over a month and has been exceptional!! Great customer service! More companies need people like Haleigh working for them!
