Terrible quality and customer service. Canadian buyers beware. They are not forthcoming when you buy that you will pay significant duties. They say but 2 pairs of glasses and get 3 free. All they do is alter the price of each pair and not disclose that you will pay $100 more in duties upon arrival. Several of my glasses had scratched lenses and all of them have a lm awful glare while wearing them. Super disappointed. Customer service takes over a week to reply and they said max 48hrs.

My favorite glasses ever. I used to buy designer sunnies just to have them fall apart. DIFF’s glasses are so stylish and the quality is unmatched. Their customer service is so great and I love that they have a protection plan. I also get their prescription for my mom - she doesn’t wear anything else!

I recently bought 2 pair of Diff prescription eyewear & received them fairly quickly. However, both pair have the wrong prescription. Cannot see anything with them. I have contacted the company twice & I am still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware.

Ordered 2 pair of glasses and the arm fell off the one pair. Customer service looked up info and said I was within my 1 yr warranty and to make a claim. I’ve now emailed 2 claims and haven’t heard back. Super frustrating!

It has been 5 weeks since I ordered my glasses and there has been no response and no shipping confirmation email. I even paid the extra for expedited shipping. The customer service for this company is next to none. I have received only one email regarding my concerns and that was 2 weeks ago? Reached out again a week after and nothing. I am never again ordering from this site. Save your money and your time. This company is a scam.

I recently purchased a pair of glasses, and at first I was afraid that it didn't fit my experience in the fastest that they don't look as flattering. After receiving my first order, I fell in love this sunglasses are the best. I love it so much that I own six pairs of them. They are truly at high quality and they stand for what they say. I have a recommend them to all my friends.

Recently, my mail was stolen with my new prescription Diff glasses. I filed a claim and contacted customer support. They were absolutely amazing! The company worked with me right away and ordered me a new pair of PRESCRIPTIONS at no cost! Absolutely amazing and so kind. I’ve been wearing Diff sunglasses for about 5 years now and I LOVE them! This company is superb! I really appreciate a company that has excellent customer service and products. I highly recommend Diff to anyone looking for trendy, solid sunglasses and affordable trendy prescription glasses! OH, and the company has a beautiful cause donating a pair of glasses for every pair bought! WIN WIN for everyone!

Ordered $200 worth of glasses, to wait 7 days for an ETA response. Recieved an email they were being shipped out the following day. 2 days later recieved an email notifying me that one pair were sold out and I was receiving a refund for $36, so now Im not getting my complete order and it still not shipped like promised. There site specifically says 5 to 7 days for shipping ...its day 11 no shipping. Will not be purchasing again. 👎
