JD at DieselOps was aware that on-time delivery of a special gift from my wife was important. When the shipper failed to pick up the purchase from the warehouse as scheduled, JD worked hard to find an alternate shipment that would still meet our deadline. Despite his efforts, the delivery came late, the deadline was blown. Sensing our disappointment, and despite the fact that JD and DieselOps had done all they could, JD contacted us to see what he could do to make it right. My wife and I were extremely grateful for his interest in our satisfaction, and his follow-up actions have absolutely perfect! Thank you JD and DieselOps!
