Extremely Frustrating Customer Service…
Extremely Frustrating Customer Service Experience… this is giving me anxiety!! I’ve been a loyal customer of Fashion Nova for quite some time, and I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of communication. I’ve tried every possible channel—social media, TikTok, and countless internet searches—just to get in touch regarding my order, but I’ve received no response. It’s incredibly stressful and frustrating to be left without support when you need it the most. As a loyal customer, I expect better service. I hope that this review prompts Fashion Nova to finally reach out and resolve the issue.
