We appreciate your feedback Tamir! We try be there for customers step by step, day by day.
I payed a lot of money for a four year warranty and so far anything that has needed to be fixed with my car has not been covered. I finally got something covered and still had to pay $100 deductible which is ridiculous considering how much it cost me to purchase the warranty in the first place. I’m not happy with my warranty at all.

It took 2.5 days to get my car due to you unavailability to make payment to a mechanic. Due to this I lost 2 days for compensation because I was unable to go to work. I would NEVER recommend your company.

The warranty is somewhat ok . I have no problem with the copay when I pay the mechanic it's the almost $ 50 In taxes that i don't understand that should be included along with the copay. Anyway thank you for the road side service that's included.

Jack, we appreciate your feedback on this one. We agree, we know the addition of sales tax on repairs can be annoying. But, this is unfortunately something that depends on state laws and tax laws. Some parts of the country we can pay sales tax, but most parts of the country the repairs are taxable to the policy holder. I would recommend Diamond warranty co to anyone I know and those who I don't know that may be interisted in purchasing extra warranty for their vehicle! My two experiences have both been almost effortless on my part! The staff have been very kind and knowledgeable! I found my DIAMOND in the rough....
