Hi Colin, thank you for taking the time to explain what happened. We’re sorry that the process left you feeling frustrated, particularly after completing several verification and payment steps and then being unable to proceed with your withdrawal. When free promotional funds are involved, certain verification and deposit requirements can apply before winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The requirements can also differ depending on the payment method selected, as different withdrawal methods may have their own processing and verification requirements. We also understand your frustration around the reference to “negative activity” without having received the explanation you were looking for. Account reviews can involve information that we’re not able to discuss publicly, but we certainly don’t want you to feel that your concerns have gone unanswered. Please contact our **24/7 Support Team** so they can access your account, review the full history of what occurred and provide you with whatever clarification they’re able to share regarding the decision and your available options. We appreciate that this was not the experience you were hoping for, and we’d welcome the opportunity to have our team look into it properly. Warm regards, The Diamond Reels Team 💎

Hi Don, we’re sorry to hear how frustrating this has been, especially if you’ve been given the same 4–6 hour timeframe more than once without seeing the expected progress. We understand that being asked to wait repeatedly without a clear explanation can be incredibly frustrating, and we’re also sorry to hear that you felt unable to get through to our team by phone. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our players. We’d really like the opportunity to look into your $100 withdrawal and see exactly where things stand. Please reach out to our 24/7 Support Team via live chat, where a member of the team can access your account, review the withdrawal and provide you with an update. We appreciate your patience and hope we can get some clarity for you. Warm regards, The Diamond Reels Team 💎

Hi Goretti, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear that this experience caused so much frustration, particularly around the length of time you felt you were waiting for the withdrawal to be resolved. We understand that being asked to wait for updates repeatedly can be incredibly disappointing, especially when you’re expecting funds to be released. We also appreciate that you were trying to assist your husband and were looking for answers on his behalf. As this review relates to a specific account and withdrawal, we’re unable to discuss the details publicly or access the account through this platform. For privacy and security reasons, we can only discuss an account and its transactions directly with the account holder. We would, however, encourage your husband to contact our **24/7 Support Team via live chat** so the team can review the account history, check the status of the withdrawal and provide the appropriate information regarding any outstanding requirements or next steps. We’re sorry that you felt you were not receiving the clarity you needed at the time. We genuinely hope our team can assist in providing a clear explanation and address the concerns raised. Warm regards, The Diamond Reels Team 💎

Hi Ayme, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the final withdrawal amount was disappointing, particularly after you had gone through the redemption process. We’d like to clarify that when winnings are generated from free promotional money, the promotion’s maximum cash-out limit applies. In this case, the maximum amount eligible for withdrawal was **$100**, regardless of the balance accumulated from the free money. Any applicable withdrawal or processing fee is separate from this limit and is also disclosed in our Terms & Conditions. These promotional terms and withdrawal conditions are provided upfront so that players can review the requirements before participating. We understand that seeing a lower amount approved than the balance displayed in your account can understandably be frustrating, but the amount was not reduced arbitrarily. The withdrawal was processed in accordance with the applicable promotional terms. If you’d like us to review the specific redemption with you, our **24/7 Support Team** would be happy to go through the calculation and applicable terms with you. Warm regards, The Diamond Reels Team 💎
