Four Years Later, We’re So Back
I’ve been doing Diamond Dotz for about four years, and after recently moving, I finally went through the boxes I’ve just been lugging around. I found this stunning one I started in college and crossed my fingers that the diamonds were still with it. To my relief, they were… or so I thought. I dove back into it shortly realizing I was missing three colors and my heart sunk. I hopped on Google, thinking I had pushed my luck after all these years, and found the page to request refills. I submitted it, never heard back, and honestly forgot about it. Until today, when a mystery package showed up on my porch. I’m expecting like 14 things in the mail right now, and lo and behold, this was somehow the best one. My three missing colors. FOR FREE. Nothing is free in life anymore, so the amount of joy three tiny bags of diamonds brought me is ridiculous. 😂 Incredible customer service. Thank you!!
