These guys are a scam. My story is similar to others here - Diamond tells you a price, you agree to it and send a $100 deposit. After that, the price changes dramatically (3x) and they make a bunch of excuses. Ask for your money back, and there's a cancellation fee. Jason said the cancellation fee was $200 and asked when I was going to send him another $100! Beware of Jason, Mark and Robert at Diamond Aura Transport.

This is the worst company I would ever go with they scam you out of money then they say that you signed a contract which there was none I had went with this company paid $75 as a reservation fee they did not do their due diligence. They kept giving me the runaround trying to charge me a lot of money from what I was quoted then when I try to get my money back, they refuse. I’m so glad I have a recording. I’ve talked to a guy by the name of Simon who’s went by several different other names, Samuel Sammy they do not get their facts straight. I’ve even spoke to James last week about getting my money back and then just all of a sudden they wanna charge me $200 of a cancellation fee and then they wanna tell me that there’s a contract there was never any contract. It was a reservation which I have proof of this company does not know the difference between a reservation fee and a contract worst company do not go with because they will scam you out of your money. I’ve been dealing with this company since 5 October.

Typical sleezy broker behavior . He double brokered my vehicle , jerked the actual carrier around on payment and demanded more money on delivery . Very unprofessional .

This company quoted one price and then stated that the driver will ask for more money as they might face challenges. Total bait and switch. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Dear Customer, We’re sorry for any frustration this caused and appreciate your feedback. As a licensed auto-transport broker, we don’t operate our own fleet of trucks. Initial quotes are market estimates, and final pricing is confirmed once a driver accepts the shipment or submits a counter-offer based on availability, route, and timing which is standard in the auto-transport industry. We’re always here to communicate and help find the best possible option for our customers.
