Dialaxy follows a usage-based model, where the subscription provides access to our cloud telephony platform and its features, while voice calls are charged separately based on usage. We make our calling rates available clearly on our pricing page and during the plan selection process. We also provide a dedicated calling rates page so customers can review voice calling charges before making calls. SMS pricing and other applicable fees are likewise presented separately to help customers understand the costs associated with using our virtual phone service. We appreciate your feedback and understand that a usage-based calling model may not be the right fit for every business.
