At DiabeticHelp Organization, we are on a mission to get extra supplies into the hands of Diabetics in need who struggle with the costs of the necessary supplies they need. i had one complete box that was not opened and you decided to pay me for individual items in the box in lieu of the total complete box payment, which ended up $65 less to me. Sad

As our communication stated, the sensor box was open when the package arrived. It appeared that you attempted to glue the side shut that you had previously opened but it didn't stay glued shut. We processed and paid for the sensors as individual sensors since the box was not in New condition and had previously been opened.
Website is easy & quick. Prepaid postage sent right after submission. Quick payment

My husband recently passed away. He was a type 2 diabetic who left quite a few dexcom sensors and a receiver. It was great to have a place to send these so someone else could use them. On top of that, we received a payment for them in just a few days,
